The hotel is a bit hard to find in Singapore, but once you're there, the rooms are very roomy, especially the bathroom. The beds were a little soft for us, but overall, the experience was excellent.
The hotel offers nice contemporary style rooms with well-equipped amenities and professional staff. Although there was a slight smell of mildew, it didn't affect the overall experience. The rooms are of high standard, well serviced, clean, and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, offering a unique view of Bugis Junction from my 2nd-floor location. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, right above an MRT station and surrounded by fantastic dining and shopping options. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel was free using my rewards points and also comfortable and spacious for my kids to move about and play. The beautiful bed and pillow ensured a cozy stay; however, there was significantly less space in the bathroom compared to the InterContinental.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel situated in the old part, featuring spacious and clean rooms with all the luxurious amenities of a 5-star hotel. The location was excellent, making it convenient to reach all the main tourist attractions within a 5-30 minutes walk. However, there was a slight paint smell due to renovations in one of the rooms.
